Question 1: What are the one or two most critical issues in your precinct and/or the Town and how would you address them? Question 2: Biographical data. |
1. I am passionate about addressing the existential threat of climate change and eager to work with Brookline's new sustainability director to make bold changes in our transportation and energy use. I also want all people who live, work, visit and study here to feel welcome and safe. To these and all issues, I will bring a sense of fiscal responsibility, balancing the wonderful benefits our community provides with the real burden of rising property taxes. Please email me what's important to you. 2. MBA, MEM, 18-year Brookline resident, Brookline Schools parent, Board member, Docent and Education Committee Chair of Emerald Necklace Conservancy, Co-led Mothers Out Front's Ghost Trees Campaign, Led push to eliminate plastic water bottles at Lawrence School, Active Green Caucus and Precinct 1 Coalition member, Keynote Speaker at Brookline Historical Society and Friends of Hall's Pond Annual Meetings on the topic of Brookline native and unsung eco-heroine Hariett Hemenway. |
