Biography

2018 League of Women Voters' Guide

Question 1: What town wide issue affects your precinct the most and how would you address it?
Question 2: Biographical data.

1. I want to help make sure that Brookline continues to be a great place to grow up, to raise a family, and to be a senior citizen. Residents of Precinct 6 place a high priority on maintaining the quality of our schools, our parks, and our public services. Two critical issues: (1) We must build more classroom space to relieve overcrowding at Pierce and other schools. (2) We must make Brookline's streets safer for people (especially children!) who walk and bicycle.

2.I am a proud graduate of Pierce Elementary and Brookline High, as well as Pomona College (BA) and Harvard Business School (MBA). I run the non-profit Transportation for Massachusetts. I am the Chair of the Brookline Transportation Board. In 2014-2015, I led the grassroots No Boston Olympics campaign. I have worked for Governor Deval Patrick and was Policy Director to former Precinct 6 resident Congressman Joe Kennedy III.
